Quest, Definition of a:
A quest is a goal that one or more characters set out to accomplish. It must be a quest that will definitely benefit the adventurer, or another, significantly. A “quest” to climb to the top of a mountain cannot be considered as a quest, unless it is a feat that is significant in itself. The quest to climb to the top of a mountain to find a new species of creature would be legit. But to just climb to the top of a mountain is not worthy of being labeled as a “quest” (unless it happens to be a life-threatening feat in itself, the that challenge is recognized as being significant to the person(s) attempting it -- there has to be a goal). Simply putting it, a quest is something that is meaningful in itself; not a simple walk through the park, so to speak.
